The Sea Flush Snorkel is for use with the Reservoir and ShopVac insert. It can be used to introduce antifreeze or a cleaning agent as shown in our videos.

I used the sea flush along with the snorkel. Had to make a gasket with towels. The snorkel kept coming loose from the sea flush as it got heavier with antifreeze. It would lean to one side or the other. The connection gets very slippery. Perhaps a rubber collar around the outside of the snorkel will make the fit more snug. It system does work well.
SEA FLUSH REPLY: please push the white snorkel cap securely into the top of the grey shopvac insert. It'll stay in place with friction and because of the suction, the shopvac instert will clamp down on the white shorkel cap. Thanks.

I purchased the snorkel just in case I would need it to winterize my engines... I was glad I did. The 8.1 Horizons pull the antifreeze so fast there is no way you can fill the funnel fast enough. I used a 3.5 gallon bucket with the snorkel attachment and still almost couldn't keep up. Next year I will definitely go with a 5 gallon bucket so that I am not having to rush as quickly to add antifreeze. This is a must have product that will make the job easier.

i believe the sea flush it self is great but the snorkel is overpriced and does not function well. it does not seal well so it pulled out of the sea flush when i tried using it, also its just a pvc fitting with 2 bucks of hose.
its way overpriced.
Sea Flush Response: We're sorry you had trouble with the Snorkel. Please make sure the snorkel is pressed into the ShopVac Insert firmly. Also, please send us your source for 5 feet of hose for $2. We'd love to inspect it for quality and consider it for production.

The snorkel eliminates the panic of keeping 1 gallon bottles of anti freeze at the ready to ensure proper liquid flow to the engine. It also eliminates spills. By pre-filling a 5 gal bucket, all you have to do is turn the engine on and watch the liquid get pulled through the system. Turn it off and your done. Smart addition to the original product. Hope an adapter is made for flat round strainers such as a cap that the original Seaflush screw or push into to address these style strainers
